john m asked: doing a search for electric cars I come up with tons of conversions available as well as some very nice production models coming out soon – both reasonably priced and also high zoot. So much less maintenance, cheaper too run, and no emitions at all. If youre keeping within a hundred miles of home, as everyone almost always does, why not go electric?
And what happened to the ethenol fuel cell? simpler than hydrogen in every way.
I feel it’s a marketing hype – misdirection from what is really “green” and not just “greener”
A hybrid is just a car with good gas mileage.
